Never heard of it, but from the short description you gave, it is pretty basic auto flash.
You set the ISO on the flash to same ISO you are using on the camera.
The W2-T means the flash has a manual zoom head. You set the flash head to the most appropriate focal length to match what you are doing. W2 will be about 28mm coverage, W1 will be 35mm, N will be 50mm, and T will most likely be 85mm.
If there is a chart or slider that lists apertures, you set the flash to the same aperture you are using on the lens. The chart will tell you how far you can expect the flash to reach with the settings you have given.
